Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending our events or programs. Please read our cancellation policy carefully to understand your options in case you need to cancel your registration.
1. Cancellation by Participant:
Before [30 Days]: Participants can cancel their registration and receive a full refund minus a specific amount of administrative fee.
After [30 Days]: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this date. However, participants may transfer their registration to another individual with prior notification to the organizers.
2. Cancellation by Organizers:
In the unlikely event that an event or program needs to be cancelled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemic, or other emergencies, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible.
Rescheduling: If the event or program is rescheduled, registered participants will have the option to transfer their registration to the new dates or receive a full refund.
Cancellation: If the event or program is cancelled by the organizers, participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee.
3. Refunds:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during registration.
4. Transfer of Registration:
Participants who are unable to attend the event or program after registering may transfer their registration to another individual with prior notification to the organizers. Please contact us to request a registration transfer.
